We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind.  Please select the return reason on the Royal Mail Returns Portal to help us improve our service and product.

Return Conditions:

Please, where possible, return the plants in the same packaging received, protecting card from water absorption and using any supports provided to prevent plants slipping in return transit.

Where plants may be a little dry since original despatch, please water lightly and let drain off before return transit.

Plants must be returned and received in the same condition originally delivered.

Full refund will be issued within 2 working days of return receipt.
